The month will be much more than passing the functional knowledge and time to welcome the new team. We share @ XP, our key learning points, our mistakes and we share our life experience!
Recently I have reflected on the decisions I've made so far, and how simple they were to ben made and how important their consequences became to me.
The impact of these simple attitudes / actions taken during all experiences really changed my mind, in several ways.
From a certain point you realize that it is only up to you how intensevely you live each moment of your life!
It depends on your will to take risks and discover what's beyond the reality that you already know. Take the initiative to go out of your comfort zone and not simply wait for things to happen, but to make them happen ....
When I think about the best moments, I remember who was there with me, who laughed with me, who smiled at me ....
People who touched my heart, even if they do not know about it and do not know what made them unique.
Live every stage of life with intensity, because that is what will make all difference! If you want to travel, just go... if you want to spend hours talking to your friends, do it! But most important, take the chance, the opportunity to do it now, because sometimes we're stuck in the past, trying to think what should be done in a different way, think what we should do in the future and we forgot to take the actions today, NOW!!
Just some thoughts today!
